These terms cover your use of the FloresWide website and the tour-guide services I arrange. I am an independent local guide based in Labuan Bajo, Flores. By using this site or booking a tour with me, you agree to the terms below.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By browsing this website or contacting me to arrange a tour, you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site or book a tour.

2. The Service

This website presents information about guided tours across Flores. It is informational only — there is no online booking, payment, or account system on the site. Enquiries and bookings are handled by me personally through WhatsApp, Telegram, or email.

I aim to keep tour descriptions, itineraries, and prices accurate, but details may change due to weather, road conditions, availability, or local circumstances. The confirmed details of your trip are those I agree with you directly.

3. Bookings and Payments

3.1 Making a Booking

A booking is confirmed only once I have agreed the dates, itinerary, and price with you directly and you have completed any deposit I ask for. Prices are quoted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) unless stated otherwise.

3.2 Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel a confirmed booking, contact me as early as possible. Any deposit and cancellation terms are those I agree with you at the time of booking. Some third-party costs (such as accommodation, boats, or park fees) may be non-refundable once arranged.

4. Your Responsibilities

By booking a tour you agree to:

1. Provide accurate traveller details when booking.
2. Hold valid travel documents and any insurance appropriate for your trip.
3. Follow my safety instructions during activities.
4. Respect local communities, wildlife, and protected sites.

5. Risk and Liability

Tours in Flores can include trekking, boat travel, and outdoor activities that carry inherent risks. You take part at your own risk and should make sure you are in suitable health and adequately insured. To the extent permitted by law, I am not liable for loss, injury, or delay caused by circumstances beyond my reasonable control, including weather, transport, or the actions of third-party providers.

6. Privacy

I collect very little data and use no tracking or analytics. How I handle information is explained in my Privacy Policy.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute that cannot be settled amicably will be subject to the competent courts of Indonesia.
